Industrial Epoxy
Industrial
Epoxy Systems.
Heavy-duty 100% solids epoxy systems engineered for warehouses, manufacturing plants, food processing, and chemical environments.
Overview
Industrial floors live the hardest life of any surface in your facility — forklifts, pallet jacks, dropped loads, chemical spills, thermal cycling, wash-downs, and 24/7 operation. A Crosspoint industrial epoxy system is engineered to your specific load, exposure and traffic profile. We install everything from heavy-build self-leveling epoxy mortars rated for steel-wheeled traffic to chemical-resistant novolacs for harsh process environments. Every install starts with proper diamond grinding or shotblasting and a moisture vapor assessment to ensure permanent performance.
Why Crosspoint
Built to outperform cheaper coatings.
Forklift & Heavy Load
Up to 1/4-inch self-leveling mortar systems handle steel-wheeled traffic, pallet jacks, and dropped loads without cracking or chipping.
Chemical & Acid Resistant
Novolac epoxy systems withstand harsh acids, solvents, and process chemicals that destroy standard coatings.
Thermal Shock Protection
Cementitious urethane systems handle wash-down temperatures from -40°F to 250°F without delamination.
USDA / FDA Compliant
Antimicrobial systems with integral cove base and sloped drains meet food-processing and pharmaceutical requirements.
Engineered Anti-Slip
Aggregate-broadcast topcoats deliver OSHA-compliant slip resistance for wet, oily and processing environments.
Minimal Downtime
Fast-cure polyaspartic and urethane topcoats return floors to service in as little as 8 hours — critical for 24/7 operations.
Flooring systems
Choose the right system for your space.
Self-Leveling Epoxy Mortar
1/8" to 1/4" trowel-applied or self-leveling epoxy systems for heavy industrial loads, repair of damaged slabs, and seamless monolithic floors.
Cementitious Urethane (MMA)
The industry standard for food processing and breweries. Withstands extreme thermal shock from steam cleaning and freezer-to-cooker cycling.
Chemical-Resistant Novolac
For battery rooms, plating shops, and chemical containment. Resists 98% sulfuric acid, sodium hydroxide, and aggressive solvents.
ESD / Static-Dissipative
Engineered for electronics manufacturing, server rooms, and explosive environments. Grounded conductive systems meeting ANSI/ESD S20.20.

Frequently asked
Questions answered.
Can you install in an active facility?+
Yes. We zone work, install nights and weekends, and use low-odor / fast-cure products engineered for occupied facilities. Most clients keep operations running throughout the project.
What about moisture vapor in the slab?+
Every industrial install starts with calcium chloride or RH probe testing. If vapor exceeds limits, we apply a 100% solids epoxy moisture vapor barrier before the wear coat — solving the issue permanently.
Will the floor handle our forklifts?+
Yes — but the system has to match the load. We spec systems based on wheel type, weight, turning patterns and impact. Steel-wheeled traffic typically requires a 1/8"+ mortar build.
How long does an industrial install take?+
Anywhere from 3 days to 3 weeks depending on size, prep and system. We provide a detailed project schedule with daily progress milestones at quote time.
What warranty do you offer?+
Industrial systems carry 5–10 year warranties depending on system. We also provide annual inspection and recoat services to extend life indefinitely.
